1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development, Implementation And Conduct Of A Pest Control Program For Food Infrastructure Facilities And Carrying Out Disinfestation And Rodent Control Treatments In Other Facilities On The Premises Of Units, Institutions And Military Facilities Administered By The 16Th Military Economic Division In Drawsko Pomorskie, Due To Their Location. For: 1) Gz Drawsko Pomorskie, 2) Gz Wałcz, 3) Gz Wałcz/Rejon Nadarzyce,4) Gz Złocieniec.2. Requirements Of The Pest Control Program For Food Facilities (Kitchen Buildings, Canteens And Food Warehouses) And Health Care Facilities (Infirmary, Infirmary), Including: 1) Monitoring Of Pest Activity Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As To Ensure The Absence Of Pest Activity In Facilities, The Visit Should Take Place At Least Once A Month In Each Facility. 2) Staff Training - At Least Once A Year, The First Training Should Be Conducted After The Implementation Of The Pest Control Program. A List Of The Conducted Training Should Be Kept, Signed By The Participants And The Trainer.3) Preparing And Maintaining Documentation Regarding All Activities Related To The Protection Of Facilities Against Pests.3. With Respect To Other Facilities Located In Individual Military Units, Institutions And Facilities, As Well As Residential Tents Set Up In Accordance With The Needs Of Training Troops: 1) Carrying Out Pest Control Treatments - At Least Twice A Year In A Semi-Annual Cycle. 2) Carrying Out Disinfestation Treatments - At Least Twice A Year On A Semi-Annual Basis.3) Execution And Ongoing Maintenance (Kept In The Office Of The Person Designated By The Ordering Party As Responsible For The Implementation Of The Dd Service In Subordinate Facilities Military) Basic Documentation.4) Type B Objects - For Additional Treatments (Disinfestation - Bedbugs, Ants, Etc.). The Ordering Party Will Order The Contractor (As Needed) To Perform Additional Disinfestation Treatments Using The Spray Method For Facilities At Risk Of The Above-Mentioned Insects. The Preparations Used Should Each Time Be Selected To Suit The Nature Of The Service, And If Necessary, Rotational Treatments Should Be Used, Using Different Chemical Groups, While Ensuring Absolute Human Safety.5) The Spraying Method Should Be Performed At Least Three Times.4. As Part Of The Services Provided, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use Preparations That Are Approved For Marketing And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Accordance With Art. 4 Act Of 13 September 2002 On Biocidal Products.5. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Management Of Waste Generated By It In Connection With The Performance Of The Contract.6. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Errors In Program Procedures Resulting In The Presence Of Pests In Military Facilities, Resulting From Improper Methods Of Monitoring And Combating Pests.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Within 21 Days From Signing The Contract, A Developed Schedule For The Imple
