The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Laundry Services - Washing Hospital Underwear And Clothing (Underwear For Short), Which Are The Property Of The Provincial Hospital For The Neurologically And Mentally Ill In Bolesławiec, While Maintaining The Appropriate Sanitary Regime, And In Particular: Accepting Marked Bags Of Underwear From Hospital Wards With The Contractors Transport For Performing Laundry Services In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Disinfection, Washing, Drying, Starching, Ironing And Ironing, Mending, Minor Sewing Services, Sorting, Packing, Loading Or Unloading Linen, Delivering Clean Linen By Transport To The Contractors Premises (...)3. Laundry Services (Collection And Delivery Of Laundry) Will Be Provided On Working Days, I.E. 5 Times A Week, From 7:00 A.M. To 10:00 A.M. And On The Agreed Day If There Are Three Or More Consecutive Public Holidays.4. In Particular, The Ordering Party Requires: • Provision Of Laundry Services Based On A Positive Opinion Of The State Sanitary Inspectorate Competent For The Place Where The Service Is Provided, • Transport Of Underwear / Hospital Clothing By Cars Ensuring Sanitary-Epidemiological / Hygienic-Sanitary Safety*, Approved By An Authorized Entity, And Also • The Use Of Professional Washing And Disinfecting Agents.* A Means Of Transport Ensuring Appropriate Safety Is Understood As One Vehicle For Transporting Dirty And Clean Goods, With A Tight Separation Enabling Simultaneous Transport Of Dirty And Clean Items With A Positive Opinion Of The Competent Sanitary-Epidemiological Authority, Or One Means Of Transport Intended For The Transport Of Dirty Goods And One Means Of Transport Intended For The Transport Of Clean Goods, With Positive Opinions Of The Competent Sanitary-Epidemiological Authority For Each Vehicle. Presenting An Opinion/Certificate For One Means Of Transport Confirming The Sanitary Safety Of Transporting Linen/Hospital Clothing Will Be Considered As Fulfilling The Condition Referred To In Chapter Viii Point 1.B. Swz5. Services Must Be Performed At The Laundry Facility Specified In The Offer.6. Changing The Place Of Performance Of The Laundry Service In The Event Of A Change In The Location Of The Contractors Business Will Be Possible Provided That The New Place Meets The Sanitary Requirements For This Type Of Business Imposed By Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate To The Ordering Party The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Conditions. The Place Of Performance Of The Laundry Service May Be Changed Only Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract.7. The Laundry Range Includes: Large And Small Sheets, Regular And Fitted Sheets, Mens And Womens Shirts, Terry Towels, Regular Towels, Vests, Womens And Mens Bathrobes, Nightgowns, Reforms, Pajamas (Sweatshirts And Trousers), T-Shirts, Dresses, Jackets, Dress Pants, Womens Skirts, Socks, Jackets And Suits, Aprons, Womens Blouses, Work Clothes, Sweaters, Suits, Sweatpants, Curtains,
