1. The Subject Of The Task Is To Change The Use Of The Former School Building Into The Museum Of Material Culture, Through Thermal Modernization Of The Wooden Parts Of The Building, Together With The Replacement Of Window Joinery And Replacement Of The Roof Covering, As Well As The Renovation Of Rooms Throughout The Facility, Including The Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. The Facility Is Located In Ryboły, Plot No. 490, Zabłudów Commune, Białystok Poviat, Podlaskie Voivodeship. The Building In Question, Subject To Change Of Use, Consists Of A Wooden, Single-Story Part With An Attic And A Brick, Single-Story Part, Added Later. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular 1) As Part Of The Task Above The Brick Part, The Ceiling Should Be Properly Insulated, I.E. An Additional Layer Of Thermally Weldable Felt Should Be Placed On The Entire Roof Surface. 2) The Entrance To The Building Should Be Adapted To The Applicable Regulations By Constructing New Stairs And Ramps For People With Disabilities. 3) Renovation Works In The Brick Part Include, Among Others: Construction Of Toilets, Renovation Of The Entrance Hall And Other Rooms. 4) The Wooden Part Of The Building Should Be Insulated And The Building Facades Should Be Finished With Wooden Clapboards, In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 5) The Roof Covering Over The Wooden Part Of The Building Should Be Replaced, Taking Into Account, Among Others, Demolition Of Chimneys, Sheet Metal Work, Appropriate Insulation Of The Attic.6) Replacement Of Window Frames In The Wooden Part With Windows Complying With Applicable Regulations And Standards And Consistent With The Construction Permit Agreed With The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Białystok.7) The Scope Of Internal Renovation Of The Wooden Part Should Include Among Others Replacing The Electrical Installation, Filling Holes In The Walls, Painting The Walls. 8) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation Should Be Planned Throughout The Facility.9) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation In Accordance With The Design Documentation.10) In The Wooden And Brick Parts, The Dismantling Of The Existing Electrical Installation And Construction Of A New One, As Well As Works Related To The Renovation/Replacement Of The Sanitary Installation, Should Be Planned.11) Additionally The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Following Equipment For The Facility: 1.
