The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E, Including Sales And Provision Of Distribution Services For The Municipality Of Chełmno And Organizational Units Of The Municipality Of Chełmno. 2. The Total Estimated Consumption Of Gas Fuel [Kwh] In The Period February 1, 2025 - January 31, 2026 Is 2,670,584 Kwh. The Ordering Party Allows The Deviation Of The Volume In Relation To The Basic Demand To The Level Of +/- 10%.3. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), Containing The Locations And Description Of Gas Fuel Consumption Points And The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) Together With Annex No. 1 (List Of Entities, Gas Fuel Consumption Points, Group Tariff, Ordered Quantities Of Gaseous Fuel In Individual Months Of The Contract Year), Constituting An Integral Part Of This Tor.
