1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Liquid Fuels Directly To Car Tanks And Containers Adapted To Store Liquid Fuels At The Contractors Fuel Stations (Sales Points), Carried Out Successively During The Term Of The Contract Of The Following Fuels: • Diesel Oil In The Amount Of 52,000 Liters Directly To Vehicle Tanks Or To An Adapted Container Of Premium Diesel Oil In The Amount Of 7,500 Liters Directly Into Car Tanks Or Into An Adapted Container2. The Given Amount Of Fuel Constitutes The Forecast Demand Expected To Be Purchased By The Ordering Party During The Period Of Contract Implementation And Is Not An Obligatory Value. The Ordering Party Reserves That Due To Unforeseeable Factors, The Amount Of Fuel Purchased May Be Lower Than Forecast. Settlements Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Fuel Actually Purchased, I.E. Diesel Oil, Unleaded Gasoline. If The Actual Quantity Of Fuel Purchased Is Lower Than The Forecast, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. 3. The Size Of The Subject Of The Order Is Estimated And Although It Has Been Determined By The Ordering Party With Due Care To The Maximum Predictable Size, During The Execution Of The Contract It May Be Necessary To Increase The Size Of Some Elements Of The Delivery. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Needed May Differ From The Planned One Due To Factors Impossible To Predict At The Order Planning Stage, E.G. Purchase Of New Vehicles, Increased Demand As A Result Of Increased Work. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Items Specified In Point 1, Liquid Fuels Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended) And Also Meet The Standards: - Pn-En 590:2022-08 – For Diesel Fuel, Or Equivalent5. Terms Of Execution And Financing Of The Order: Fuel Will Be Purchased At The Contractors Gas Stations In The Form Of A Cashless Transaction Using Microprocessor Fuel Cards, The So-Called Fuel Cards Issued For The Indicated Vehicles Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue The So-Called Fuel Cards (6 Vehicles), A List Of Vehicles And Their Registration Numbers Will Be Provided To The Contractor On The Day Of Signing The Agreement. General Conditions For Non-Cash Transactions Will Be Presented By The Contractor, With The Reservation That The Ordering Party Will Not Provide Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract. Settlement For Deliveries Will Take Place Successively In During Their Implementation (Based On Partial Invoices), Issued In Periods From The 1St To The 15Th Of The Month And From The 16Th To The Last Day Of The Month.
