Ratuszowa 1, Ul. Rynek 19/20 And The Civil Registry Office At Ul. Chopin 9.2. The Agreement Covers 140 Street Lighting Circuits, Sports Facilities, Pedestrian Crossing Lighting (Approx. 2,073 Lighting Fixtures In Total), A Power Generator, And Household Appliances (Dishwasher). Material Scope Of Services Covered By The Contract: 1) Monthly Lump Sum - Ongoing Maintenance And Periodic Inspections And Tests Of Items. 1.1. Offer Form: A) Cleaning, Maintenance, Adjustment Of Control Devices Enabling Their Proper Operation Or Ongoing Response To Irregularities, B) Inspection, Protection And Operation Of Measuring Devices, C) Ad Hoc Inspection Of The Condition Of Street Lighting Fixtures, D) Cleaning Of Street Lighting Fixtures In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, E) Inspection Of Internal Lighting Installations And Fixtures (Does Not Require Material Expenditure), F) Inspection Of 230V And 380V Plug Sockets And Installations (Does Not Require Expenditure Materials),G) Checking The Continuity Of Protective Conductors And Lightning Protection Installations,H) Measuring The Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protection,I) Removing Noticed Defects And Irregularities On An Ongoing Basis,J) Securing Threats Arising From Natural Disasters, Road Accidents And Vandalism,K) Performing Specified Dates, Electrical Measurements (Zeroing Effectiveness, Insulation Resistance Of Electrical Installations, Resistance Of Working, Protective And Lightning Protection Earths),2) Repairs Of Electrical Devices And Installations Of Lighting Streets And In Buildings, 3) Preparing And Maintaining Facility Books, 4) Performing Energy Duty During Mass Events Organized By The Ordering Party, 5) Preparing An Electrical Connection For The Organization Of Outdoor Events.
