4.1 The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Award Of An Order For The Transport Of Students From The Wiązownica Commune To Primary Schools In The School Year From January 7, 2025 To December 19, 2025, Together With The Provision Of Care During Transport And Pick-Up.4.2 Transport And Pick-Up Of Students To Schools Will Take Place On School Days, Excluding Holiday Breaks And Other Statutory School Holidays. 4.3 Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Principles And Obligations Arising From Generally Applicable Law, In Particular: The Act Of September 6, 2001. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change Routes And Hours In The Event Of Circumstances Foreseen Or Unforeseen In The Organization Of The School Year. The Contractor Should Adapt To The Existing Situation, About Which He Will Be Notified By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Areas And Delivery Routes Specified Below, On The Basis Of Monthly School Tickets Purchased From The Carrier - The Contractor. 4.7 Vehicles Intended To Perform The Order (Transporting Children To Schools) Must Be Marked, Registered, Have Current Technical Inspections, Have Third Party Liability Insurance And Nw And Meet The Requirements Necessary For Admission To Road Traffic.4.8 The Contractor Must Have A Permit To Perform Regular Special Passenger Transport In National Road Transport Within The Commune Area Wiązownica.4.9 In The Event Of A Bus Breakdown, The Contractor Will Immediately, But No Later Than Within 1 Hour From The Failure, Provide A Bus That Meets The Appropriate Technical Requirements For Road Traffic. If The Transport Cannot Be Carried Out, The Contractor Will Additionally Cover The Transport Costs Resulting From The Provision Of The Service By A Substitute Entity Selected By The Ordering Party. 4.10 The Contractor Is Obliged To Have An Insurance Policy Against Accidents And Civil Liability For The Duration Of This Contract. 4.11 The Estimated Number Of Children Who Will Use Transport To Schools In 2025 Is: In The First Half Of The Year 198 Students, And In The Second Half Of The Year 203 Students.
