The Demolition Works Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Provisions Contained In The Relevant Technical Documentation Developed By The Designer. The New Building Will Have A Height Regime S+P+3E, With A Level Height Of +3.36M In The Basement And +3.68M On The Other Levels . The Above-Ground Height Measured From The Landscaped Elevation Of The Land Will Be 16.23M, And The Maximum Plan Dimensions Of 23.50M X 20.30M. The Project Aims To Ensure The Necessary Premises For Improving The Quality Of Healthcare Services And Ensuring An Optimal Level Of Health And Quality Of Life Of The Population In The South-Eastern Region Of Dolj County, By Improving The Health Infrastructure, Ensuring Equal Access Of Citizens To Health Services, Increasing The Effectiveness Of Medical Services, Better Adapting The Infrastructure To New Technological Requirements And Ensuring Functional And Efficient Circuits.
