The Tender Is For The Complete Dismantling Of The Vincent-Von-Paul Haus Building At The Neumarkt Clinic, Nürnberger Str. 15, 92318 Neumarkt I.D.Opf., Including Pollutant Remediation And Dismantling Of The Foundations, As Well As Refilling Of The Excavation Pit. Before Dismantling, The Building Must Be Gutted And Pollutants Removed. The Following Pollutants Were Found: Asbestos In Window Sills, Old Flooring, Seals, Fuses And A Roof Structure (Canopy); Pcbs In Paints, Hydraulic Oil And Fluorescent Tubes; Old Mineral Wool In Various Applications; Black Sheets/Roofing Sheets Containing Pahs; Hbcd-Containing Eps/Xps. Due To The Sensitive Environment Of The Demolition Site, Somewhat Limited Space Availability And Breaking At An External Location Must Be Taken Into Account.
