The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Act As Project Designer For The Development Of The Vander Putten Stadium Site (Located At Slachthuislaan, 51, 1000 Brussels), With A View To The Construction Of New Sports Infrastructure, The Restructuring And Optimization Of The Existing Spaces , The Construction Of 120 Social And Medium-Sized Homes And The Development Of The Environment. The Project Designers Assignment Includes All Services Related To The Perfect Execution Of The Works, In Particular The Complete Studies: - Architecture - Landscape Architecture ; - Engineering Stability - A Complete Engineering Assignment Of Special Construction Techniques (Hvac, Sanitary Facilities, Electricity, Vertical Transport, Acoustics); - - Epb Advisor: - Acoustics - Surveyor ; - Environmental Expertise And Sustainability; The Assignment Regarding Coordination Of Health And Safety Is Not Included In This Assignment And Is Ensured By The Land Management Contractor. The Tenderer Provides The Latter With The Elements Required For His Assignment In Connection With The Project. The Fees Have Been Determined By The Contracting Authority By Applying A Lump Sum Amount Of €6,890,000.00 Excl. Vat For The Multidisciplinary Design Team.
