Public Road Transport Services – Route-Based Public Transport Services 2024/10, Kokemäki-Pori, Eura-Pori. Varsinais-Suomen Ely-Keskus Requests An Offer For Managing Public Transport Services Between 11.8.2025 And 10.8.2028 On The Routes Kokemäki-Pori And Eura-Pori (More Detailed Target Definition In The Appendix To The Request For Tender). The Contract Includes An Option To Extend The Contract From 11 August 2028 To 10 August 2030. The Exact Start And End Dates Of Operation Are Determined According To The School Year. Traffic Is Procured With A Gross Contract. The Gross Contract Refers To The Public Transport Service Contract Referred To In The Service Contract Decree (1370/2007) And The Special Sectors Procurement Act (1398/2016), Where The Ticket Revenue Risk Is With The Customer Of The Transport. The Traffic Included In This Acquisition Will Be Granted Exclusive Rights In Accordance With The Service Contract Regulation By A Separate Administrative Decision. The Exclusive Decision Takes Into Account Possible Longer-Distance Traffic Passing Through A Part Of The Route.
