The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Provide The Surveillance, Security And Control Service At The Malaga Fair And Congress Center (Fycma), Including The Protection Of People, Property And Facilities. The Service Will Be Carried Out Through Permanent Surveillance Of The Facilities, Access Control, Prevention Of Criminal Acts And Support In Emergency Situations. In Addition, Supervision And Control Of Firefighting Systems And Collaboration In Self-Protection, Evacuation And Emergency Plans Will Be Carried Out, Always Complying With The Guidelines Established By Fycma. Specific Missions Include Surveillance Of The Interior And Exterior Areas Of The Facility, Control Of The Opening And Closing Of Doors, Custody Of Materials And Management Of Incidents During Shifts. The Security Guards Must Make Regular Rounds And Report Any Anomaly Immediately. The Successful Bidder Will Provide Daily Summaries Of Incidents And Monthly Copies Of The Security Log, Guaranteeing The Traceability Of The Activities Carried Out. The Service Is Structured In Two Types: Fixed Fycma Surveillance, Which Will Be Provided Permanently At The Venue, And Specific Surveillance During The Events That Take Place, Adapting To The Specific Needs Of Each Activity. The Assigned Personnel Must Comply With Current Regulations, Specifically Law 5/2014 On Private Security, And Will Be Governed By The Criteria And Conditions Established In The Specifications. The Winning Company Must Have The Appropriate Material And Human Resources To Guarantee The Correct Provision Of The Service. It Is Required That The Assigned Personnel Be Duly Qualified And Comply With The Security, Organization And Coordination Standards Established By Fycma, Providing Nominative Quadrants In Advance And Ensuring The Availability Of Personnel Required For Surveillance Tasks. Likewise, The Successful Bidder Undertakes To Accept Modifications In The Number Of Personnel And Schedules That, Due To The Nature Of Fycmas Activity, May Be Necessary, In Accordance With What Is Indicated In The Specifications.
