Bidders Are Bound To A Single-Manufacturer Strategy (Including Options), Unless An Exception Is Expressly Provided For In The Specifications. It Is Intended To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Up To Three Bidders/Bidding Consortia. The Aim Here Is That The Awarded Bidders/Bidding Consortiums Each Offer Different Manufacturers. For This Reason, In The Case Of Offers From The Same Manufacturer, The Awarding Authority Will Only Consider The Best-Placed Offer From The Manufacturer In Question. If A Manufacturer Is Offered By Several Bidders, Only The Best-Placed Offer From The Manufacturer In Question Will Be Taken Into Account In The Evaluation. All Other Offers With The Same Manufacturer Are Excluded. For The Interactive Displays Lot, A Value Of Eur 30 Million Is Set As The Maximum Call Volume (Maximum Quantity, This Is The Gross Value). The Maximum Call Volume Refers To All Framework Agreements Concluded For The Interactive Displays Lot. If The Maximum Quantity Has Been Reached For The Interactive Displays Lot And An Increase In The Maximum Quantity Is Not Exceptionally Permitted In Accordance With Section 132 Gwb, No Further Individual Orders Can Be Placed. The Individual Calls From The Framework Agreements Are Made As Follows: The Decisive Factor Is The Cheapest Price For The Respective Individual Call. Exception: There Are Special Requirements Of The Beneficiary, For Example Because They Already Have Inventory From A Certain Manufacturer And Products From Another Manufacturer Would Lead To Additional Effort (E.G.
