Tenders are invited for IT Services and Maintenance of Office Equipment. Bid closing date: December 21, 2024 Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: To provide troubleshooting support in the management and maintenance of Population Council ICT equipment & Telephone lines. To provide advice, guidance, recommendations, and training to Population Council staff to ensure efficient use of resources and customer satisfaction. To establish and monitor systems and processes to ensure efficient ICT systems management. To provide advice regarding IT plans and development. To provide support to ensure that ICT systems comply with CIT/GTI standards in the country. To provide support to ensure that corporate standards are met at all times. To provide specifications for procurement of IT-related equipment, parts, and kits. To provide support to arrange video and teleconference facilities at the Population Council. To provide preventive maintenance service of Desktop, Laptops, UPS, Stabilizer, Printer, Copiers, Scanner, Fax Machine networking devices, and others.
