Chromatographs – Chromatograph Delivery. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Chromatograph - 1 Piece, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Object Of Sale Or Device. The Offered Device Must Be Brand New, Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2023), And Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing It To Be Sold And Used In The Republic Of Poland. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of The Device With Equipment, In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Bringing It To The Ordering Partys Premises, As Well As Installation, Commissioning Of The Device And 8-Hour Training For Min. 3 People (After Installation On The Day Of Launch) At The Installation Site Of The Device. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service Of The Device And A Free Inspection At The End Of The Warranty Period. 3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4) Deadline For Order Completion: Up To 12 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 5) Delivery Address: University Of Silesia In Katowice, Institute Of Chemistry, Ul. Szkolna 9, 40-006 Katowice. 6) Required Minimum Warranty Period: 12 Months.
