At The Same Time, This Imaging System And The Relevant Software Equipped With Ai Will Be Included In The Laboratorys Routine Work Mode And Used For Obtaining And Analyzing Patient Samples. Basic Research Methods Include The Detection Of Various Antigens Both In Tissues And On Individual Cells, Subcellular Structures, Organelles And Individual Compartments Of Organelles Using Antibodies, Probes, Aptamers, Which Can Be Visualized Using A Fluorescence Microscope Or Other Advanced Imaging Methods. To Evaluate The Expression/Localization/Co-Localization Of Various Antigens Detected In Organelles, Cells, And Tissues, Image Analysis Software Equipped With An Ai Module Will Be Used, Which Enables The Observed Changes To Be Quantified In A Standardized Manner In A Large Number Of Samples Newly Obtained And Previously Stored In The Workplace Databases, Thus Subsequent High-Capacity Statistical Analysis Is Also Enabled, Which Will Significantly Speed Up And Refine The Possibilities Of How To Search For Patterns Typical Of Pathological Processes In Tissues.
