The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection Of Non-Hazardous Medical Waste With The Code 18 01 04 - Waste Other Than Those Mentioned In 18 01 03 (E.G. Material Or Plaster; Bedding; Disposable Clothes; Diapers) From Spwsz In Szczecin, Located At Ul. Arkońska And Ul. Sokołowski. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Pzp, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract. 5. The Orders Referred To In Point 4 Will Consist In The Repetition Of Services Consistent With The Services That Are The Subject Of This Order And Services Similar To Them In The Technological Aspect Of Their Implementation. The Scope Of The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Orders Referred To In Point 5 Will Not Exceed The Value Of Pln 477,180.00 Net And Pln 515,354.40 Gross. 7. The Orders Referred To In Point 4 Will Be Awarded After Conducting A Separate Public Procurement Procedure Under The Single-Source Procurement Procedure. 8.
