The Industrial Companies Of Lugano Sa (Ail) Intend, As Part Of The Surrounding Works Relating To The Renewal And Expansion Of The Lugano-Cassarate Drinking Water Treatment Station, To Proceed With The Installation Of The Related New Pipelines On The Lake, Which Will Also Serve The Future Power Plant Thermal Collected. Taking Advantage Of The Important Intervention That This Requires On The Road Infrastructure Along The Route Of The Pipelines, It Was Decided To Extend The Works By Including The Renewal And Re-Laying Of A Series Of Underground Ducts In The Neighborhood And Associated Infrastructures In The Areas Of Intervention, Yes They Mention In This Regard: Public Lighting, Electricity Network, Drinking Water Network, Sewerage Network And The New District Heating Network. The Subject Of This Competition Is The Performance For Sia Phases 31 To 53 As A Designer Including Works Management (Dl), General Project Management (Dgp) And General Works Management (Dgl) Of The Aforementioned Works. The Tenderer Must Be Able To Cover, At A Minimum, The Following Cumulative Skills And Technical Figures: * Civil Engineering, Including The Geological And Geotechnical Aspect, Specialized In The Construction Of Underground Pipelines In Urban Areas (Water, Sewerage, Electricity, Etc.), In Construction Of Minor Accompanying Structures (Underground Rooms, Lamp Bases, Etc.) And In The Restoration Of Road Paving, Sidewalks And Other Minor Restoration Works (Walls, Etc.); * Sanitary Specialist Applied To The Installation Of Large Underground Pipes For Drinking Water And Sewerage Networks (Gravity Pipes For Sewage, Mixed And/Or Rainwater); * Specialist In Underground District Heating Networks; * Electrical Specialist Applied To The Installation And Restoration Of Low/Medium Voltage And Telecommunications Underground Networks; * Road/Traffic Specialist Applied To Flow Analysis And Study Of Road Variants To Be Applied During The Construction Phase.
