The Emg Device Is The Basic Equipment Of Neuromuscular Research, Which Provides Information (Of Varying Detail And Accuracy) About The Electrical Activity Generated In The Contracting Muscle. The Most Advanced Version Of This Type Of Device Is The So-Called Hd-Emg (High Density) Device, In Which Not One Or Two, But Many More Electrodes Organized In A Matrix Participate In Data Collection. 1) Providing A Description In English Or Hungarian; 2) Undertaking A 24-Month Warranty; 3) The Offered Product Is Suitable For Teaching, Training, Research And Development Opportunities; 4) The Name, Manufacturer, And Country Of Origin Of The Offered Product Must Be Specified In The Offer, And Its Specific Type Must Be Indicated; 5) The Product Offered In The Offer Must Be Supported By The Manufacturers And/Or Distributors Product Description, In Which All The Product Properties That Support The Parameters Recorded In The Specification Table Must Be Recorded. The Tenderer Accepts Manufacturer And/Or Distributor Product Descriptions In English, And Does Not Require Their Translation Into Hungarian. If The Product Description Does Not Include Any Of The Parameters To Be Tested, It Is Necessary To Declare The Specification Of The Given Product In A Statement From The Product Manufacturer. 6) Instead Of The Standard, Technical Permit, Technical Specifications, Technical Recommendation Or Type Set Out In The Invitation To Bid And The Technical Documentation, The Bidder Accepts An Offer That Is Technically Equivalent In Terms Of Functionality And Quality. It Was Done In Order To Clearly Define It. Any Designation Of Type Or Make Shall Be Understood As Or Equivalent. The Bidder Must Prove Equivalence In His Bid And Support It With The Appropriate Documents. (Section 46 (3) And (5) Of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30). 7) Any Product Updates And Technical Support Must Be Provided During The Warranty Period For The Offered Product. 8) Training On The Intended Use Of The Product Must Be Provided For 4 People In The Framework Of Personal Or Online Training, According To The Bidders Choice. 9) In The Event Of A Malfunction, Troubleshooting Can Be Done At The Bidders Choice By On-Site Delivery Or Delivery Of The Product To The Service Center Specified By The Bidder.
