Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Transportation Of Elementary School Students Over Which The Town Of Vrbovec Has Founding Rights (Repeated Procedure). The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Service Of A Special Line Transportation Of Students From The Enrollment Area Of Krunoslav Kuten Primary School And Marija Jurić Zagorka Primary School In Vrbovec, In Accordance With Article 69 Of The Act On Education In Primary And Secondary Schools (Narodne Novine, Number 87/08, 86 /09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 7/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22, 155/23 And 156/23) And Article 44 Of The Road Transport Act (Official Gazette, Number 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21 And 114/22) To And From Classes, From The Nearest Intercity Or City Transport Stop To The School Or The Nearest Intercity Or City Transport Stop To The School. Student Transportation Will Be Provided During The School Year 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028. And 2028/2029. The Provision Of The Service Must Be Performed In A High-Quality And Safe Manner In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Road Transport Act (Official Gazette, Number 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21 And 114/22) And Other Laws And Under Legal Regulations That Regulate The Transport Of Passengers, Especially The Transport Of Children (Students), And Measures And Activities Must Be Continuously Undertaken To Increase The Quality Of Services And Traffic Safety. The Carrier Must Provide The Service On Time And Regularly Every School Day, Orderly, Conscientiously, With The Attention Of A Good Owner And In A Safe Manner, With Buses That Comply With The Ordinance On The Conditions That Must Be Met By Buses That Carry Children In An Organized Manner (Narodne Novine, Number 100/08 And 20 /09). A Service Is Purchased That Uses A Vehicle Of Category M1, M2, N1, N2, N3, M3 Class I Or M3 Class A. The Carrier Is Obliged To Provide Service To Buses In Road Traffic In The Administrative Area Of The City Of Vrbovac And The Administrative Area Of The Municipality Of Rakovec And Preseka, I.E. The Settlements From Which Pupils Are Transported To Home And Regional Elementary Schools, In All Respects According To The Specifications In The Technical Specification, As An Integral Part Of The Relevant Procurement Documentation. If The Bus Breaks Down During The Transportation Of Children, The Carrier Undertakes To Send A Replacement Bus As Soon As Possible (It Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Conditions That Must Be Met By Buses That Transport Children In An Organized Manner) That Will Transport The Children To Their Destination. The Replacement Bus Must Be Of The Same Category And The Same Technical Characteristics As The Offered Vehicle, Which Must Not Be Older Than The Average Age Of The Offered Vehicles. Transportation Is Performed As A Special Transportation Exclusively According To The Transportation Lines Defined In This Procurement Documentation.
