Intercity Railway Works – Increasing The Power Availability Of Tns Nedakonice In The Ac 25 Kv System. The Goal Of The Work Is Primarily The Reconstruction Of The Existing Traction Power Station (Tns) Nedakonica In Order To Increase Its Power For Powering The Traction Line, Including The Modification Of Related Equipment. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Construction Is The Modification Of The Existing Rohatec Traction Line Switching Station (Sps), Including The Modification Of Related Equipment. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Related Project Activities, Namely The Processing Of Project Documentation For The Construction. Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction Is Understood As The Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction According To The Internal Regulations Of The Contracting Authority Of The Directive Sž Sm011 Construction Documentation Of The Railway Administration, State Organization And According To Annex No. 4 Decree No. 146/2008 Coll., On The Scope And Content Of Project Documentation For Transport Constructions, In The Version Effective On The Day Preceding Its Cancellation, In The Complete Scope Determining The Construction In Technical, Economic And Architectural Details, Which Are Clearly Defined By The Subject Of The Public Contract According To The Tender Documentation. The Project Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction Will Determine The Material, Material, Construction Technical, Technological, Layout And Operational Properties Of The Work And The Quality That Takes Into Account The Impact Of The Construction On The Environment And Will Enable The Preparation Of A List Of Works With A Statement Of Dimensions, A Detailed Itemized Budget Of Individual Objects Of The Construction Part (So) And Technical Objects And Technological Equipment (Ps) And The Overall Budget As The Basis For Partial Invoicing During Construction Implementation. The Design Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction Will Respect The Approved Documentation For The Joint Permit Under The Line Law (Dusl), Including The Approved Investment Costs. Part Of The Contractors Activity Is Also The Supervision Of The Designer In The Sense Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, As Amended. As Part Of The Processing Of The Project Documentation, The Contractor Will Ensure The Processing Of Documents For The Implementation Of The Construction In The Necessary Quantity And Form. Part Of The Scope Of The Public Contract Is Also The Activities That Will Be Carried Out In Connection With The Rules Of Publicity Of Projects Co-Financed From The Funds Of The European Union - The Connecting Europe Facility (Cef). The Valuation Of These Construction Publicity Activities Will Be Included In The Bid Price, The Publicity Costs Will Be Specified In The Awarded Performance Or Function Requirements. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Ensure The Publicity Of The Construction As A Change To The Obligation From The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 100 Para. 1 Zzvz. The Supplier Will Only Be Reimbursed For The Actual Scope Of This Performance. In The Event That This Public Order Is Not Co-Financed From The Funds Of The European Union, The Contractor Will Not Ensure The Publicity Of The Construction.
