The Swampscott Senior Center seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms to redesign a portion of the Senior Centerâ??s HVAC system. The existing rooftop condensing unit has partially failed and the Town intends to replace the unit. The existing unit provides Cooling only, but the Town would like to explore the potential of having the replacement unit also operate as a Heat Pump.
