This Tender Includes The Execution Of A Dendrological Survey. The Size Of The Planning Area Is About 4 Ha And It Is Located In The City Of Narva, In The District Of Soldino. The Task Of Preparing A Detailed Land Plan For The Soldina Elementary School, Which Is To Be Initiated, Is To Change The Boundaries Of The Plot In The Planning Area, To Determine The Building Right For The Construction Of A New Elementary School (Including Children With Special Needs), The Sports And Leisure Facilities Serving It, And The Accompanying Infrastructure. Also, The Issues Of Traffic Management (Including Access And Parking), Landscaping And Landscaping Are Resolved With The Detailed Plan, And The Environmental Conditions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Plan Are Determined. According To The Current Master Plan Of The City Of Narva, The Land Of Public Buildings Is The Main Purpose Of The Land Use Of This Area. Thus, The Detailed Plan To Be Initiated Does Not Require A Change In The Main Land Use Purpose Of The Current General Plan.
