This Announcement Is A Request For Information, So This Is Not A Request For Quotation Or A Procurement Announcement. The City Of Seinäjoki Acquires A New Library System As A Cloud Service For The Eepos Library Network. The New Library System Will Replace The Axiell Aurora System Used By Eepos Libraries. The Acquired System Is Expected To Have The Functionality And Features Described In The Requirements Specification. More Detailed Requirements Set For The Bidder And The Offer Are Described In The Information Request And Its Attachments. The Goal Is That The New System Will Be In Use By Eepos Libraries By 12/2025, So That The Libraries Can Abandon The Use Of The Current System. The Schedule Can Be Refined In Cooperation With The Selected Supplier. The Eepos Library Network Includes 36 Locations And 10 Library Trucks And 20 Other Service Points. 22 Municipalities Are Included In The Eepos Libraries: Alajärvi, Alavus, Evijärvi, Ilmajoki, Isojoki, Isokyrö, Karijoki, Kaskinen, Kauhajoki, Kauhava, Kuortane, Kurikka, Laihia, Lappajärvi, Lapua , Perho, Seinäjoki, Soini, Teuva, Veteli, Pennant And Ähtäri. The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Gather Information About The Object Of Procurement For A Possible Future Tender. The Company Participating In The Request For Information Must Submit A Description Of Its Own System To The Requirements In The Attachment. Solutions.
