The 1St Phase Of The Yard Work Will Be Completed In 2022. As Part Of The Project, Some Changes Will Also Be Made To The Area Of ​​The 1St Phase Of The Yard Work. As Part Of The Overall Contract, The Land Cuts Must Be Taken Into Account As A Whole In Accordance With The Contract Documents. It Is Possible To Use Approx. 400M3 And The Rest Approx. 544 M3 Must Be Driven Away. If More Than 400M3 Of The Soil Remaining From The Cutting Can Be Used On The Plot, The Contractor Will Reimburse The Customer Based On The Unit Price For The Removal Of The Remaining Soil. The Project Includes An Option To Replace The Playground Equipment. The Use Of The Option Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tender Materials. The Contract That Is The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Total Contract In Its Form Of Implementation. Mestaritiominta Oy Acts As The Customers Representative In The Project And Is Responsible For The Implementation Of The Procurement And Construction Tasks Of The Project As Authorized By The City Of Järvenpää.
