The Subject Of A Small-Scale Public Contract Is The Modernization Of The Social Facilities Of The Summer Cinema In Sezimov Ústí, Namely In The Projection Room Building. The Current Sanitary Facility In The Underground Floor Will Be Reconstructed, And A New Toilet For The Disabled Will Be Created On The Upper Floor. The Event Is Divided Into Two Stages, Which, However, Are Necessarily Related To Each Other And Will Directly Follow Each Other. In The First Stage, All Work Will Take Place In The 1St Pp From The Point Of View Of The Social Background. The Subject Of The Second Will Be The Construction Of A Ramp And A Toilet For The Disabled On The 1St Floor. The Construction Plan Represents Construction Modifications In The Following Scope: 1. Demolition And Dismantling Work. 2. Replacement Of All Interior Coverings, Plaster, Floors, Doors And Sanitary Ware, Furnishings. 3. On The 1St Floor, The Opening To The Screening Room Will Be Walled Up And A New One Will Be Demolished In The Perimeter Wall In The Place Of The Existing Window As An Entrance. An Outdoor Ramp With A Railing Will Be Added To The Entrance And A New Toilet Will Be Installed. 4. New Distributions Of The Technical Equipment Of The Buildings, Modifications Of The Existing Hvac Equipment And Electrical Installations Will Also Be Carried Out. 5. The Water Supply Connection Will Be Made In The Original Route, With A Length Of 17 M And Fitted With A Water Meter, Hot Water Heating Will Be Handled By A Boiler Without Circulation. 6. Modifications To Air Conditioning Will Be Carried Out; The Intake Part Of The Distribution System, Including The Fan, Will Be Dismantled And Replaced With New Ones, The Exhaust Part Will Be Renovated. 7. The Wiring Of The Modified Parts Will Be Connected From The Existing Switchboard, Which Will Be Modified To Add Circuit Breakers To The Din Rail; Existing Circuits Will Be Disconnected And Cancelled. 8. All Details Are Part Of The Attached Project Documentation. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Selected Reference Products For The Tiles And Floor Tiles Selected By The Customer During Implementation: Pavement: • Vogue System Interni In Nero 20X20 Cladding: • Vogue System Interni Ghiaccio 20X20 – White • Hidra Prisma White Mate 20X20/ Deceram Pam Cement Star Retro Tiles Black 20X20 Rett. (This Is Another Name For The Same Tile) 10. Requirements For Professions: Construction (Demolition Work, Excavations, Ramp Foundation Construction, Waterproofing, Replacement Of Window And Door Opening Fillings, Wall Surface Treatment), Plumbing Work, Locksmith Work, Tzv - Air Conditioning Distribution, Electrical 11. In The Course Of The Works, Inspection Days Will Be Called By The Investor. Necessary Consultations Will Be Carried Out On An Ongoing Basis, According To The Current Situation In The Work Progress. All Consultation Results Will Be Listed In A Separate Record. 12. The Work Will Be Priced And Subsequently Carried Out According To The Project Documentation And The Specified Description Of The Public Contract.
