The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Contained In The Individual Parts Of The Procurement Documentation, In Particular The Project Documentation Of The Building, The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Measurements And The Terms And Conditions Stipulated In The Binding Draft Contract For The Work. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Not The Approval Of The Finished Work, Nor The Operation Of The Finished Work.
