The South Island 2025 Spring Planting Program For Bc Timber Sales, Strait Of Georgia Business Area Consists Of An Estimated 140,000 Seedlings To Be Planted In Recently Harvested Cutblocks Within The South Island Natural Resource District. The Blocks Are Located In The Sproat, Cous, Arden And Rosander Geographical Areas. Many Of The Blocks Listed In The Attached Schedule B Addendum Are Part Of Active Tsls. As Such, Continued Deactivation And Barricading Of Access Could Occur Between The Time Of Tender, And The Actual Start Of Spring Planting. Bidders Are Encouraged To View Blocks With This In Mind And Should Structure Bids Such That All Blocks With Road Access Could Potentially Be Limited To Atv Or Walking Access Only At The Time Of Planting.
