Tittelbv 2024-26 - Framework Agreement Dam Security - Advisory Services 2025-2027 . This Framework Agreement Applies To Advisory Services To Assist Bergen Municipality V/Bergen Vann In The Work Of Following Up The Municipalitys Approx. 70 Watercourse Facilities In Consequence Class 0 - 4. Watercourse Facilities Means Ponds And Waterways With Associated Constructions In Accordance With The Definitions In The Dam Safety Regulations Chapter 1. The Term Dams Here Means Dams; I.E. That Dams Are Constructions That Enable Water To Be Dammed In A Reservoir. Waterways Means Floodways, Canals And Lock Systems With Associated Structures As Well As Tunnels, Shafts, Pipes, Lines And Other Systems With Associated Structures That Conduct Water In Connection With Power Generation. Examples Of Associated Structures May Include, But Are Not Limited To, Roads, Bridges, Buildings And Retaining Walls. Bergen Waters Waterway Facilities Mainly Include Dams, But Also Include A Smaller Number Of Canals And Waterway Systems In Connection With Power Production.
