The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Configuration And Upkeep And Maintenance Of Equipment For Surface Parking And The Battalion Car Park, As Well As The General Operation Of The Parking Including In Particular Road Control And The Management Of Rapos And Ccsp Disputes. The Market Is Made Up Of Two Parts. The First Part Is A Firm Tranche Which Is Itself Composed Of Two Parts: A Main Part Of Regular Services (Within The Scope Mentioned In Article 2 Of The Cctp) In The Form Of An Ordinary Contract At A Fixed Price; And A Small Part Under A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders (For Additional Parking Meters To Be Installed And Their Maintenance) Single-Awarded With No Minimum And With A Maximum Of 20 Additional Parking Meters For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Second Part Is Made Up Of Seven Optional Tranches Which Correspond To Seven Additional Areas Of Performance Of Services.
