Tender for Electrification Work Of Charging Stations - The work of erection of 11 KV HT Lines & 400 KVA Capacity Sub-Stations for electrification of Public Charging Station Near Toll Plaza situated at Vill. Rauli Kalyanpur (LHS/RHS) etc. under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME 2024-25 under EDD, ATARRA, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;- 2 Safely cartage of following poles from ESC to site of work - 3 PCC Poles 8.5 Mtr. Long 4 STP Poles 11 Mtr. Long 5 Safely cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, wire, x-arm, clamps, channels, insulators, fittings, angles, earthing rod, stay etc. 6 Safely cartage and erection/installation of 11 KV VCB Pannel with fitting of all accessories on structure with loading and unloading on both sites in proper alignment as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. 7 Erection of PCC Poles 8.5 Mtr. Long as SP with complete HT/LT fittings of all accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO norms. 8 Erection of STP Poles 11 Mtr. Long as SP with complete HT/LT fittings of all accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO norms. 9 Erection of STP Poles 11 Mtr. Long as DP/SDP with complete HT/LT fittings of all accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO norms. 10 Concreting/grouting of newly erected single/double pole structure on 8.5/11 Mtr. PCC/ST Poles asper direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual sire requirement, including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 11 Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering ofACSR Dog conductor on the newly erected poles with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 12 Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering ofACSR Weasel conductor on the newly erected poles with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 13 Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x120 Sq.mm. with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 14 LAYING OF 11 KV 3x120 Sq.mm. XLPE Cable BY HDD MACHINE ON HDPE PIPE WITH SUPPLY OF HDPE PIPE. THE WORK INCLUDES THE COST OF FIXING/COMMISSIONING OF 11 KV CABLE JOINTING KITS AND MAKING ALL SUITABLE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET THE WORK DONE. CABLE HOISTING AND MAKING LOOPS AT BOTH ENDS & DIGGING OF PIT 2x2x1 MTR. FOR LAYING OF CABLE ARE ALSO INCLUDES IN THE WORK. (All material arranged by contractor at his own cost related to work. Only XLPE Cable provided by department). 15 Erection, fixing & transportation of 11 KV CT/PT pole mounted unit 10/5 A with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 16 Erection of stay set complete at digging of pit including the cost of grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO norms alongwith nozeling & binding of stay set, stay. 17 Fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual, including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 18 Earthing Complete pipe type upto water level of 11 KV VCB Pannel as per norms. Arrangement of all suitable earthing material by tenderer at his own cost as per actual site requirement, including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 19 Erection, making and fixing of I/D, O/D type 3x120 Sq.mm. 11 KV Cable Jointing Kit (Cable Box) for 3x120 Sq.mm. XLPE cable and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done as per RESSPO manual. 20 Erection & fixing of T-Off Channel with clamp & Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 21 Erection, fixing & transportation of 11 KV Pilfer Proof metering cubicle with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 22 Erection, fixing & transportation of 3 Ph. 4 W Static Meter with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 23 Construction of new 11/0.4 kV, 400 KVA Transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 M above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. Jail of 12 mm MS tore shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 24 Erection, mounting & fixing of 6 inch dia GI Pipe with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 25 Erection & fixing Danger Board with clamp & Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 26 Erection & fixing TPMO Set/Fuse Set with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 27 Safely cartage and installation of 400 KVA capacity transformers on plinth structure with loading and unloading on both sites in proper alignment as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. 28 Earthing of T/F 400 KVA by chemical earthing as per norms. Arrangement of all suitable earthing material by tenderer at his own cost as per actual site requirement, including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 29 Construction of toe wall with wire mesh or Pale fencing & painting of Sub-Stations, detail of the work as given below :-1- Construction of toe wall 9 wide 1 high above ground, all around the plinth/DP structure in 1:6 ratio of cement and coarse sand. The toe wall shall have pocket of 1200 mm size at the center of toe wall at appropriate places for grouting of MS Angle iron frames toe wall may very as per site conditions.2- Grouting & fixing of MS Angle iron frame in 1:2:4 ratio of cement, stone grit & coarse sand and bolting the frames with at joining frames by 35x8 mm bolt with nut. The size of MS Angle Iron frame may very as per requirement of site.3- Fabrication & Providing Gate in front of plinth/DP made in two leaves of size 900x1500 mm each. Each leave shall be made by MS Angle iron of 37x37x5 mm MS Angle and fitted with wire mesh or pale fencing of 18 SWG with the help of MS Strip of 35x5 mm size welded all around the frame. The leaves shall be fitted with hinges on MS Angle of size of 50x50x6 mm and shall have locking arrangement. Two gates shall be provided on such sub-station where more than one T/F are installed and that shall be counted two sub-stations.4- Fixing & Grouting of main gate at S.No. 1.03 made of MS Angle iron frame of 37x37x5 mm and 50x50x6 mm in the ratio 1:2:4 of cement, stone grit & coarse sand in front of DP/Plinth and to provide arrangement for locking the fencing with provision of lock & key.5- Plastering 10 mm thickness with cement, Mortar in ratio 1:4 cement and fine sand, including cost of all required material, labour & T&P etc.6- Painting of entire metal works including wire mesh or pale fencing with super enameled primer coat of Red Oxidein two coats of British/Asian Paint thereafter painting of same work with dark blue super enameled paint in again two coats of British/Asian Paint.7- Painting of Main Gate including wire mesh or pale fencing with super enameled primer coat of Red Oxide in two coats of British/Asian Paint thereafter painting of same work with dark blue super enameled paint in again two coats of British/Asian Paint.8- Safe carriage of MS Angle iron frame from nearest S/S to site of work, labour cost including loading and unloading at both ends.9- Safe carriage of MS Angle iron main gate from nearest S/S to site of work, labour cost including loading and unloading at both ends.10- Supply of MS Clamp for MS Angle Iron frame with nut & Bolts, washer four clamp.11- Supply of MS Angle Iron frame size of 37x37x5 mm for fixing of MS welded wire mesh 18 SWG or pale fencing made from MS Sheet size 1500 mm x 75 mm x 18 SWG with MS Strip of size 35x5 mm size of full frame.
