Tender For Construction Of Storm Water Drain With Culvert At Keera Karan Street In Chinnasalem Town Panchayat. ; 1 Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales,murram, ordinary earth, earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, sprading, levelling sectioning breaking clods etc., incuding all incidential changes complete as per standard specification for foundation SS 20B 2 Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm guage hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification 3 Centering charges for sides and soffits of concrete work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labor charges etc.,as per standard specification.As per Clause30 & 86of MORTH Specification. a) upto 1m 4 b) Above 1 m 5 Withshutter 6 Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - 7 P.C.C.1:2:4 mix (One Part of cement two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm ISS metalincluding labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing,incidental chargescost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete ,as per standard specification.As per Clause 30 & 86 of MORTH Specification. 8 supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steel and labour charges for cutting, bending, grilling, tying and fixing in position as per standard specification. 9 Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panellingwherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)
