Telecommunications Services – Internet Wan Lines. The Purpose Of This Vz Is To Conclude An Agreement Based On Which Data Communication Services Will Be Provided Via Wan Lines, Specifically Ensuring Data Connectivity In Specified Locations Of Vzp Cr With The Aim Of Increasing Reliability, Functionality, Required Transmission Capacity And Availability Of Network Connection In Individual Locations Of Vzp Cr. The Subject Of The Public Contract Includes: 1.1. Data Connection Services - See Appendix No. 3 Of The Main Document Of The Tender Documentation - Table Of Locations, Technical Parameters And Prices Of Services Provided (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Price Table). Specifically, Sheet No. 2 - Table Of Locations, Technical Parameters And Prices Of Services Provided For Phase 1 - P.No. 1-81 (Hereinafter Referred To As Sheet No. 2) And Sheet No. 3 - Table Of Locations, Technical Parameters And Prices Of Services Provided For Phase 2 - P.No. 1-97 (Hereinafter Referred To As Letter No. 3) (Hereinafter Referred To As Services/Service). Part Of The Data Connection Service (Included In The Price Of The Service) Is: A. Establishment And Activation Of The Services, Within Which The Supplier Will Ensure The Connection Of The Individual Sites Of The Contracting Authority Listed In The Price Table - Sheet No. 2 And Sheet No. 3, B. Provision Of Related Services Including: I. Proactive Supervision - Solving Outages; Ii. Customer Support (Monitoring Of Services 24/7, Help Desk, Application Providing Information On The Workload Of Individual Services, Proactive Notification Of Outages And Operational Events); Iii. Operational Statistics – Reports Of The Services Provided. 1.2. The Work Of A Network Specialist In The Expected Scope Of 150 Md Drawn Ad Hoc Based On The Needs Of The Client From The Signing Of The Acceptance Protocol For The Duration Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In Appendix No. 1 Of The Contract - Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Hdzd - Business Conditions And Its Appendices And Further In The Price Table.
