Request for proposals for Landscape Analysis, Design and Implementation of an eLMIS System in Mali. The aim of the project is to improve logistics data management and end-to-end long-term supply chain visibility. The Global Fund is exploring the possibility of allocating investments for the implementation of an eLMIS through the GC7 funding request. The specific objectives are as follows: 1. Assess the functionality of existing logistics management information systems including MEDEXIS, Dispense ARV, Channel and other tools, and supply chain processes (AS IS) 2. Provide recommendations for future state (TO BE Solution) 3. Support and upskill MoH and enable and manage the solution provider that will implement the logistics management information systems for the public health supply chain. 4.
