Tenders are invited for Provision of Air Cargo Services (Chartered Flight). Requirement 12.1.1 Physical Business Address- Supplier Name, Door/Building Number, Floor Number (if applicable), Building Name (if applicable), Street Name, District, City, Region, Country, Name and Email of Contact Person The hotels must be located within the specific areas detailed in the Schedule of Requirements. 12.1.2 Must submit valid Certificate of Registration/Incorporation 12.1.3 Must submit valid Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) with Tax Identification Number (TIN) 12.1.4 Must submit written Bid Letter- filled, dated, signed and stamped 12.1.5 Must submit Schedule of Requirements with Base Price- duly filled, dated, signed, and stamped 12.1.6 The physical location of hotel must be deemed operationally suitable for staff and service delivery The base price of each item should be inclusive of a 3% FGS tax if applicable. Bidders are allowed to bid for one or both lots. Quotations must include all items listed in the Schedule of Requirements. Any partially completed Schedule of Requirements will be deemed non-compliant and result in disqualification. Bidders submitting quotations for a single Lot must still provide a fully completed Schedule of Requirements specific to that Lot. The bid validity should be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the bid. Submitted bids will be opened immediately after the closing date.
