Engineering Services – Fördegymnasium, Overall Renovation, Tga Planning (Technical Building Equipment). The Overall Renovation Consists Of Fire Protection, The Building Envelope, The Building Technology Systems Such As Heating, Plumbing And Electrical As Well As A Functional Improvement In The Conversion Of Room Sizes And Space Options. Overall, Fire Protection Is Inadequate Across The Board, Particularly In The Areas Of Fire Barriers And Building Technology. The Basement Area Shows Moisture Damage Due To Inadequate Structural Sealing. The Building Has An Energetically Inadequate All-Round Aluminum Post-Transom Facade With Parapet Panels And A Missing Base Seal Or Connection Problems To The Flat Roof. The Windows Are Dysfunctional Or Outdated With Worn Fittings. The Construction Has Uninsulated External Supports And Cantilevered Horizontal Concrete Components On Both Full Floors (Thermal Bridges). There Is Moisture Damage To The Uninsulated Glass Intermediate Structures. The Summer Heat Protection Is Inadequate And Outdated, The Blackout Systems Are Defective. The Flat Roofs, Some Of Which Are Leaky And Regularly Patched, Have Inadequate Thermal Insulation And Their Sealing/Drainage Does Not Comply With Current Standards And Manufacturing Guidelines. Some Of The Space Is Outdated. The Intention Is To Divide The Implementation Into 3 Individual Sections North, Middle And South While School Operations Continue And To Relocate To Temporary Replacement Classes (Container Systems) On The Site. The Free-Standing Sports Hall Building Is Not Part Of The Renovation Measure. The Services To Be Awarded Consist Of: - Service Phases 2-9 Technical Equipment In Accordance With §§ 53 Hoai Alg 1-8 (Kg 410 - 480). The Client Intends To Provide The Services Individually Or As A Whole (Stage Contract). The Service Is Scheduled To Begin Immediately After The Order Is Placed.
