The Gmh | Building Management Hamburg Gmbh Is A Municipal Company That Provides Construction, Operation And Management Services For, Among Other Things, Over 50 General Education Schools In The South Of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg And Harburg) As Well As For University And Municipal Buildings. --------------- The Harburg Community Center Was Opened In 1984 In The Center Of Harburgs City Center. The Property Has, Among Other Things, As An Event Location: An Event Hall, Over 6 Group Rooms And A Restaurant With An Outdoor Area In The Backyard. After Almost 40 Years Of Cultural Activity, The Building No Longer Meets Contemporary Requirements In Terms Of Technology And Event Guidelines. After The Renovation Of The Facade Elements Has Already Been Completed, The Interior And The Building Technology Are Now Being Renovated. The Building Has Been A Listed Building Since August 2021 (See Entry In The List Of Monuments And Mapping From August 2Nd, 2021).
