The Scope Of The Works Includes Partial Renovations Of District Roads In The City Of Radomsko (Total Road Length 19.9 Km) Using The Following Technologies: - Partial Renovations Of The Surface With Mineral-Bituminous Mass In The Amount Of 250 Tons; - Partial Renovations Of The Surface Using A Recycler In The Amount Of 50 Tons; - Height Adjustment Of Manholes For Sewer Manholes, 20 Pcs.2. Detailed Description Of The Scope Of Works Referred To In Point 1 Specifies: - Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; - Detailed Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Due To The Adopted Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration (Lump Sum), The Bill Of Quantities Has Only An Informative Function. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever In The Swz It Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And To Demonstrate Equivalence Lies With The Contractor. If The Contractor Offers Equivalent Solutions, He/She Includes Information About The Use Of Equivalent Solutions In The Offer Form In Point 12 Other Information. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove Equivalence, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Submitted With The Offer. The Ordering Party Will Consider As Equivalent Solutions A Solution Which, In The Case Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Guarantees The Achievement Of The Levels Of Parameters, Functionality And Properties Necessary To Obtain Technical Certification And Technical Reference Systems, Whereas In The Case Of Standards, The Ordering Party Will Automatically Consider It Equivalent. Newer Versions Of The Same Standards That Are Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In The Case Of Functional And Performance Requirements, It Guarantees The Achievement Of The Values ​​Adopted In The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of The Features, Parameters And Properties Indicated Therein. The Quality Requirements In Connection With The Use Of The Price Criterion As A Criterion With A Weight Exceeding 60%, Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Are Specified In The Detailed Technical Specification And The Draft Agreement.
