1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 530 In The Town Of Tabórz In The Scope Of Construction Of A Sidewalk And Bus Bays. 1.1. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 530 From Km 10+035.61 To Km 10+967.63, Including The Construction Of A Sidewalk From Km 10+035.61 To Km 10+804.31 And Bus Bays At Km 10+336.17 And Km 10+408.52. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Construction Of A Sidewalk - Construction Of Two Bus Bays - Reconstruction Of Exits - Local Widening Of The Road Up To 6.00 M - Strengthening The Ground Roadsides With Stone Blocks - Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System - Construction Of Lighting At Pedestrian Crossings - Dismantling And Installation Of Street Lamps - Reconstruction Of An Overhead Telecommunications Line - Installation Of Vertical Signs - Installation Of Road Traffic Safety Devices - Execution Horizontal Signs - Cutting Down Trees And Bushes1.2. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have At Its Disposal Persons And Technical Potential (Tools, Plant Equipment And Technical Devices), In The Range And Quantities Necessary For The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order.1. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice To Achieve The Final Effect Specified In The Subject Of The Order. 1.4. It Is Recommended That The Contractors Make A Site Visit To The Work Site And Its Vicinity In Order To Assess The Documents And Information Provided By The Ordering Party As Part Of This Procedure.1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove And Dispose Of All Demolition Materials Not Suitable For Re-Use Using His Own Efforts And At His Own Expense, While Metal Scrap Should Be Handed Over To A Scrap Yard (With The Participation Of The Employers Representative) And Download The Wz Document, Including The Following Data: Transferor - Warmian Voivodeship - Mazurskie, Ul. E. Plater 1, 10-562 Olsztyn, Nip 739-38-90-447 (Zarząd Dróg Wojewódzkich, 10-602 Olsztyn, Ul. Pstrowskiego 28B), Which Should Be Forwarded To The Ordering Party. On The Basis Of The Wz Document, The Ordering Party Will Issue A Sales Invoice, The Recipient Of Which Will Be The Scrap Buyer Indicated In The Wz Document. All Demolition Materials Suitable For Re-Incorporation And Not Intended For Re-Incorporation In The Design Will Be Transported By The Contractor To The Storage Yard Indicated By The Ordering Party, Up To 35 Km From The Construction Site.1.6. Materials To Be Incorporated/Reused Are To Be Stored On Or Near The Work Site. Any Costs Of This Storage Are Not Subject To Separate Payment And Should Be Included In The Offer Price.1.7.
