The Task Includes: Stage I - Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Water Law, Detailed Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, As Well As Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Arrangements On Behalf Of The Ordering Party As Needed. Together With The Consent Of The Competent Authority For The Implementation Of The Works; Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Together With Services And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Elements: Carrying Out The Necessary Works Aimed At Rebuilding The Existing Open Retention Reservoir, Located On The Plot No. 173/4 In Złoty Stok, Including Increasing The Capacity Of The Water Reservoir And Developing The Adjacent Area To Expand The Recreational Function. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular The Following Elements: • Cleaning The Retention Reservoir, Restoring Its Original Usable Capacity Along With The Possibility Of Maintaining Water Damming, • Marking Out And Constructing Pedestrian Routes, • Tidying Up, Supplementing And Extending The Greenery, • Maintaining The Existing Tree Stand, • Installing Elements Small Architecture And Space Development (Including Benches, Baskets, Gazebo, Bicycle Racks). Detailed Scope Of Works: • Desilting Of The Water Reservoir In The Amount Of 1,900 M3 Of Bottom Sediment (Watered), • Road Culvert To Be Renovated And Installation Of A Wall Gate To Keep Water From Damming Up In The Reservoir, • Construction Of Pedestrian Paths And A Pier Made Of Concrete Cubes Placed On A Cement-Sand Ballast Of Thickness. 10 Cm And Foundation Made Of Crushed Aggregate 0-32 Mm Thick. 10 Cm, • Removal Of Trees And Shrubs And Maintenance Of The Existing Tree Stand - Deciduous Trees - 100 Pieces. • Installation Of Small Architecture Elements And Space Development: Installation Of 6 Benches, Placement Of 5 Waste Bins,  Gazebo With Area Of ​​35 M2, Wooden Structure, Roof Covered With Bituminous Shingles, 4 Bicycle Racks 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions And All Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of This Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations, Standards, Arrangements, Investors Recommendations And To Deliver The Subject Of The Order.
