The Facility In Which Participants Will Be Accommodated And In Which The Conference Room Will Be Located Must Provide A Standard Of Rooms That Meets The Requirements For A Minimum 4-Star Hotel - Within The Meaning Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities Where Hotel Services Are Provided. The Ordering Party Requires That Comprehensive Conference, Hotel And Catering Services Be Provided In A Facility Located In The Karkonosze County Or The City Of Jelenia Góra, At A Driving Distance (Not In A Straight Line) Of No More Than 20 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Located At Ul. Cieplicka 126A, 58-570 Jelenia Góra. The Distance Will Be Verified Using The Google Maps Website (Google Maps: Https://Www.Google.Pl/Maps/) In Accordance With The Route Proposed By This Website With The Shortest Possible Travel Time With An Accuracy Of +/- 100 M.
