Tenders are invited for Supply, Maintenance and Support for enhancement of in-use Next Generation Firewalls Security Fabric. Closing Date: 06-Jan-2025 Procurement method shall be Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in line with Rule 36 (b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All e-Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security amounting to PKR 2 Million in an acceptable form in favor of SBP Banking Services Corporation. The bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on EPADS. Original Bid Security must be submitted to the Procuring Agency on or before the closing date & time of e-bids submission, failing which the e-bid shall be rejected. In submitting our Bid, we make the following declarations: (a) No reservations: We have examined and have no reservations to the bidding document, including addenda issued in accordance with Instructions to Bidders (ITB 9); (b) Eligibility: We meet the eligibility requirements and have no conflict of interest in accordance with ITB 3; (c) Bid/Proposal-Securing Declaration: We have not been suspended nor declared ineligible by the Procuring Agency based on execution of a Bid Securing Declaration or Proposal Securing Declaration in the Procuring Agencys country in accordance with ITB 4; (d) Conformity: We offer to supply in conformity with the bidding document and in accordance with the Delivery Schedules specified in the Schedule of Requirements the following Goods: Supply, Maintenance and Support for enhancement of in-use Next Generation Firewalls Security Fabric; (e) Bid Validity Period: Our Bid shall be valid for the period specified in BDS 17.1 (as amended, if applicable) from the date fixed for the Bid submission deadline specified in BDS 23.1 (as amended, if applicable), and it shall remain binding upon us, and may be accepted at any time before the expiration of that period Tender Link : http://www.ppra.org.pk/doc/16-12/sbp1612-61.pdf
