Tenders are invited for Air Quality and Noise Monitoring, Modeling, and Improvement PPSF Financed Procurement to Support the Preparation of the Proposed AIIB-Financed Reconstruction of National Highway N-5 under Pakistans Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Framework Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the consulting services for which this REOI is issued. The consulting services (the Services) include consultancy services for Air Quality and Noise Monitoring, Modeling, and Improvement to improve air quality and noise monitoring and modeling and develop strategies and measures to reduce air pollutants and noise along the N-5 highway. The Consultant shall complete the Scope of Services within twenty-four (24) months of contract singing.
