Plant Upgrade Work – Global Public Performance Contract For The Energy Renovation Of Five Buildings In The City Of Brest. The Services Will Include: - The Design And Execution Of Renovation Work Relating To The Production And Distribution Of Heating And Domestic Hot Water, Ventilation Of Premises, Thermal Insulation Of Buildings, Change Of Exterior Joinery, Centralized Technical Management, As Well As Specific Opportunistic Maintenance Work Depending On The Characteristics Of Each Of The Buildings: Electrical Network, Roof Waterproofing, Refinishing Of Floors In The Event Of Asbestos Presence, Redevelopment Of School Catering, Etc. - Operating Services For Production And Storage Facilities Distribution Of Heating, Ventilation And Domestic Hot Water Over A Period Of 4 Years From Receipt Of The Work At Each Site; Including Routine Maintenance And Renewal Services (P2) For Each Of The Buildings, Over The Same Period; - Major Maintenance And Renewal Services (P3) Of Each Building, Over The Same Period; - A Training And Awareness-Raising Service On Energy Savings For Building Users. The Supply And Purchase Of Energy (P1) Is Not Included In The Scope Of The Future Contract. The Contract Holder Will Be Committed To An Energy Performance To Be Achieved, Over The Duration Of The Contract And For Each Building. Candidates Will Appear Alone Or In Groups And Must Present The Following Skills: - Design: Architect, Building And Energy Engineering For All Trades, Domestic Hot Water, Thermal Fluids, High Current Electricity, Low Current Gtc Electricity, Interior Coverings; - Realization: Civil Engineering, Heating, Ventilation, Insulation, Joinery, Roofing And Waterproofing, Domestic Hot Water, Gtc, Interior Coverings; - Operation And Maintenance: Heating, Ventilation, Domestic Hot Water, Bms, Performance Measurement And Verification; - Others: Commissioning And Awareness Of Agent + User Staff. In Accordance With Article L.2171-7 Of The Ccp, The Candidate Identifies The Project Management Team In Support Of His Application. In View Of The Contract, The Use Of An Architect With A Dplg Or De-Hmonp Diploma In Architecture Or A Foreign Architect Holding A Recognized Equivalent Diploma Is Necessary. In The Context Of A Group, The Project Owner Leaves The Choice To The Group To Choose Its Agent.
