Tenders are invited for i. DMTCL/PSN-01/2024-25: Appointment of Cleaning Contractor for Cleaning and Housekeeping Services for 2 years from Bijoy Sarani to Shahbag Station (4 no. of Stations) of MRT Line-6, DMTCL, Dhaka. ii. DMTCL/PSN-02/2024-25: Appointment of Cleaning Contractor for Cleaning and Housekeeping Services for 2 years from Dhaka University to Kamlapur Station (4 no. of Stations) of MRT Line-6, DMTCL, Dhaka iii. DMTCL/PSN-03/2024-25: Appointment of Security Contractor for Security Services for 2 years from Bijoy Sarani to Shahbag Station (4 no. of Stations) of MRT Line-6, DMTCL, Dhaka iv. DMTCL/PSN-04/2024-25: Appointment of Security Contractor for Security Services for 2 years from Dhaka University to Kamlapur Station (4 no. of Stations) of MRT Line-6, DMTCL, Dhaka. Eligibility of Tenderer: Along with other terms specified in the schedule, the tenderers shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for the performance of the non-Consultant Service under the Contract: For Package DMTCL/PSN-01/2024-25 & DMTCL/PSN-02/2024-25: i. The minimum specific experiences shall be 3 (three) years in cleaning services at KPI/Railway station/Airport/Hospital/Five Star Hotel/ Offices/shopping mall. ii. Satisfactory completion of similar nature of services with minimum TK 4.5 (four point five) Crores under maximum 02 (Two) contracts over the last 3 (three) years. iii. The Tenderer shall have availability of minimum liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities from a Schedule Bank not less than taka 2 (Two) Crores. iv. The average annual turnover should be minimum TK. 1.5 (One point Five) Crores in the best 3 years over the last 5 years. For Package DMTCL/PSN-03/2024-25 & DMTCL/PSN-04/2024-25: i. The minimum specific experiences shall be 3 (three) years in Security services at KPI/Railway station/Airport/Hospital/Five Star Hotel/ Offices/ shopping mall etc. ii. Satisfactory completion of similar nature of services with minimum TK 5 (Five) Crores under maximum 02 (Two) contracts over the last 3 (three) years. iii. The Tenderer shall have availability of minimum liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities from a Schedule Bank not less than taka 2 (Two) Crores. iv. The average annual turnover should be minimum TK. 1.5 (One point Five) Crores in the best 3 years over the last 5 years. Brief Description of Goods or Works: i.
