The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Bgn 68,345.83. (Sixty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred And Forty-Five Bgn And Eighty-Three Cents) Without Vat, Distributed By Individual Items As Follows: Separate Item No. 1 - Portable Endoscopy System With A Flexible Video-Digital Bronchoscope - 1 Pc. – Bgn 26,300.00 Without Vat. Separate Position No. 2 - Volumeric Infusion Pumps - 2Pcs. – Bgn 6,133.34 Without Vat. Separate Item No. 3 - Syringe Infusion Pump - 3 Pcs - Bgn 8,012.49. Without Vat. Separate Item No. 4 - High Class Intubation Fibrobronchoscope - 1 Pc. – Bgn 27,900.00 Without Vat. In The Case Of A Bid By A Participant At A Higher Value Than The Estimated Value, The Participant Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure. Deadline For Order Fulfillment: The Term For Delivery Of The Medical Equipment Is: Up To 90 (Ninety) Calendar Days. The Term Begins To Run From The Conclusion Of The Contract. Validity Period Of The Offers: 6 (Six) Months, Counted From The Deadline For Receiving The Offers. Option To Present Variants In The Offers: Variability Of The Offers Is Not Allowed. Award Criteria: The Evaluation And Ranking Of Participants Offers Will Be Based On The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Will Be Determined Based On The Award Criterion: Lowest Price, According To Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Zop. The Proposed Total Value Without Vat To The Second Decimal Place Is Subject To Evaluation. When Considering The Offers, The Appointed Committee Will Apply The So-Called Reversed Order, On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 61 Of Ppzop. The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Considered Before The Documents For Authentication Of The Personal Status And The Selection Criteria. The Contractor Guarantees The Performance Of His Obligations Arising From This Agreement With A Performance Guarantee In The Amount Of 2% (Two Percent) Of The Total Value Of The Agreement Excluding Vat.
