Includes Separate Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Dining Room And Living Room; • Repair Of Interior Premises; • Construction Of An Extension For A New Boiler Room For Heating The Building: • Installation Of A New Elevator, Compliant With Ordinance No. 4/2009 On Accessibility Of The Environment, Which Will Connect The Two Floors Of The Building. • Layout Of The Yard Space For The Convenience Of The Residents, Including Walking Areas And Parking Spaces (Including For An Ambulance).
