Supply Of Medical Gases For Mbal Lozenets Ead The Public Order Is For The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of 4 Products - Medical Gases Under Bds: Liquid And Gaseous Medical Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide And Nitrogen Gas, For The Needs Of Mbal Lozenets Ead, Through Periodically Repeated Deliveries, For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract With The Selected Contractor, With Means Of Transport , Provided By The Contractor, Meeting The Requirements For Transporting Gases. The Contractor Should Provide /Deliver, Install, Put Into Operation And Maintain/ During The Validity Of The Contract For Temporary Free Use By The Contracting Authority, A Gasifier For Liquid Oxygen With A Volume Of Not Less Than 8 Tons And, If Necessary, Construction Of A Foundation For Placing According To The Norms Of The Law On Territorial Planning /Zut/. Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification Are Estimated And Are Calculated On The Basis Of The Past Period, Adjusted With Possible Changes In The Quantity And Depend On The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority During The Term Of The Public Procurement Contract.
