542,543/2024 Urbanization Executive Project Of The Pau De La Roureda: 1St Phase A.The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Works For The Development Of Sub-Phase 1A Of Pau De La Roureda And The Temporary Parking Lot. West, For The Talussos De La Ronda Oest (C-58C); In The Northeast And Southeast, Along Costabona And Dàger Streets Respectively; And Finally, In The South-West Part For The Lands Of The Pau De La Roureda Area, Pending Development In The Next Phases. In Addition, The Project Envisages The Minimum Necessary Redevelopment Of The Roads Around The Area (In This Phase, Carrer Costabona) For The Installation Of The Services That Are Missing And The Planned Services For The Parcels Resulting From The Project Of Reparcel·Lation Of The Set Of Areas To Be Developed. This First Phase Of Durbanization Execution Will Last Simultaneously With The Construction Of The Elderly Complex Of La Roureda, Located At The Corner Of Costabona And Áger Streets With The Aim Of Rationalizing The Construction Process And Making The Intervention Of Building Construction, Of Certain Complexity And With Basements, Compatible With The Urbanization Of The Surrounding Areas. This Subphase Consists Of In The Following Actions:-Urbanization Of Costabona Street- Construction Of A Childrens Park Located In The Free Space Annex To Costabona Street- Construction Of Central Pedestrian Accesses (Ramp And Staircase), In Continuity Of Carrer Arànser, Which Connect The Two Upper Levels Of The Planned Platforms In The Urbanization - Installation Of Furniture Located In Open Space Areas And Roads - Landscaping And Installation Drip Irrigation On The Slopes Of Lampit.
