1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Revitalization Of A Historic Park In The Town Of Gwiździny, Plot No. 406/32, Gwiździny District, Commune. Nowe Miasto Lubawskie Including Construction Of Parking Spaces And An Exit To The Municipal Road.2. The Following Works Are Expected To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Task: A) Revitalization Of The Historic Park Consisting Of Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs And Planting Trees (Including Their Care) Described In The Construction Design Approved By Wkz; B) Building Park Paths With The Arrangement Of Solar Lamps And Park Benches And Waste Bins; C) Construction Of Parking Spaces And An Exit To The Commune Road In Accordance With The Approved Construction Design. Additionally, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Prepare A Technical Design, If Required (In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Decision No. 230/2024 Point 1); - Obtain Permission To Remove Trees Specified In The Building Permit And In The Previous Felling Permit; - Garbage Collection Mixed And Used Tires Located In The Park With A Volume Of Approximately 25 M3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz Entitled: Design Documentation (Construction Design + Building Permit And Wkz Permit), Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
